2 Teaspoons Mint NOT Peppermint Extract
2 Teaspoons Vanilla
5 Cups Powdered Sugar
1 Tablespoon Whole Milk
1 Cup Mini Chocolate Chips
Green Food Coloring, If Desired
Pinch of Salt, To Taste
