Disney’s Frozen Best White Hot Chocolate Recipe
Ingredients
2 cups of milk or half n half
1 cup white chocolate chips (I’m very picky about my white chocolate chips. I swear that no one has a better tasting white chocolate chip than Ghirardelli chips found here)
2-3 drops of blue food coloring
1/4 cup sugar for rims of glasses
