Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1/2 bell pepper, diced

1/2 small onion, diced

1 egg

1/2 c bread crumbs

1/2 c shredded cheese (any kind)

1/3 c ketchup

1 tsp. dry mustard

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

Topping:

1/3 cup ketchup plus 2 Tbsp brown sugar
