4 strips bacon
3 tsp. minced garlic
2 TB flour
2 cups milk
¾ tsp. salt
⅛ tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. dried basil
2 cups chopped, fresh spinach
¾ cup grated mozzarella cheese
¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. lemon juice
