oil or butter: ½ cup
cocoa: ¼ cup
cake flour: 1¼ cup
baking soda: 1 teaspoon
baking powder: 1 teaspoon
eggs: 2
hot chocolate mix: ½ cup + ¼ cup
sugar: ¼ cup
milk: ½ cup
cream cheese: 8 oz.
marshmallow cream: 7-8 oz.
confectioner's sugar: ½ cup
mini marshmallows: for topping
