INGREDIENTS

8 oz dark chocolate 225g, chopped*

3 Tbsp unsalted butter 43g

1/4 cup all-purpose flour 35g

1/4 tsp baking powder

2 large eggs

1/2 cup light brown sugar 120g, lightly packed

NOTES

* Any good quality dark chocolate will do. Do NOT use Baker's Chocolate.
