Milky Way Blondies
Ingredients:
- 2 cups light brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 eggs 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups all purpose flour
See note about mix-ins below:
- 1/2 cup Caramel Bits (or use caramel squares that have been cut in quarters)
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 15 Fun Size Milky Way Candy Bars, chopped
NOTES:
The beauty of this blondie recipe is that ANYTHING goes. You can add any candy you want and they'll turn out perfect every time. I used a combination of caramel, chocolate chips, and Milky Way candy bars because I wanted more Milky Way flavor but ran out. Want a pure Milky Way Blondie? Use 30 chopped candy bars and omit the rest. Or you can use up to 3 cups total of the following:
chocolate chips (or white, milk, semi-sweet, peanut butter, cinnamon, butterscotch chips)
Toffee bits
Chopped candy bars - any kind (i.e. peanut butter cups, M&Ms, Crunch bars, Kit Kat, etc)
Nuts
Use what you like to make your favorite blondie!
